The Alladale Fitness Retreat is a self-indulgent, yet intensive fitness holiday that will instantly improve your well-being. 

Five days of exhilarating activities include hiking in the glen, personal workouts, mountain biking, beach bootcamps, boxing, circuit training and pilates, plus massages by London's premier masseuse Sarah Dewey as featured in Tatler and Harper's Bazaar.

A rejuvenating adventure for couples and groups, of any fitness level

An hour's drive from Inverness, Alladale's former Victorian sporting lodge is set amid 23,000 acres of Highland reserve offering informal opulence which combines traditional character with fully modernised interiors.

The resident chef will prepare three delicious healthy low fat meals and snacks using the highest quality local and organic produce. During the evenings unwind in the comfort of the Lodge and enjoy a sauna, game of snooker, beauty treatments or curl up with a good book in front of the roaring fire.

The Retreat is on a full board basis including transfer to and from Inverness airport, training sessions, two massages and a 4x4 wilderness safari.
