Alladale's home cooked food uses only the freshest local organic ingredients in season. The menus are designed to reflect the tastes of the guests, and can range from healthy options to sheer indulgence!

Scotland's natural larder offers an extensive choice of flavoursome and fresh produce, including game from the high tops, organic meats from the lowlands, fish from the lochs and rivers and seafood from the coast. 

This year, we began growing our own organic vegetables under cover. This will considerably enhance our sustainability policy where as little food as possible is transported in to the Reserve.
