Alladale is renowned for excellent food and drink, prepared by our talented chef in our extensive and recently refurbished kitchen.  Our highland culinary experience holidays offer guests the chance to indulge their love of cooking under the expert guidance of a top chef.

Staying in the luxurious Alladale lodge, guests will prepare meals together in our well equipped kitchen, and dine overlooking the spectacular scenery of the Alladale Wilderness Reserve; guests may even hunt and fish on the reserve to gather the ingredients for a true highland feast!

Prices include: a la carte breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, full dinner, soft drinks and beverages.  Also included are guided walks, 4x4 excursions, mountain biking, well equipped gym, Nordic walking, sauna, clay pigeon/target shooting, deer stalking* and fly fishing (*in season).
